HR Advisor

Due to growth, Search HR & Development are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Advisor with multi-site experience to join a small but close-knit team based in Stockton-On-Tees. Our client is a global safeguarding company with sites across the UK, Although this role will be predominately based at their Stockton office, there will be a large amount of travel for the first 6 months. The organisation has tens of thousands of employees, however still prides themselves on their close-knit, family feel.

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE + free parking
Location: Stockton-On-Tees (With travel to Glasgow, London, Belfast and other offices on an ad hoc basis)
Position: Permanent

This is a varied HR position but will have exposure to all areas of HR across this large sized business This role is primarily responsible for proactive coaching, advising and upskilling management population on key HR processes and initiatives, including TUPE, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working, wellbeing, employee engagement and redundancy matters.

You will be working very closely with the HR Business Partner who is really looking to take someone under her wing to coach and develop them to grow into a strong HR generalist, however she is not wanting to 'Hand-Hold' therefore autonomy is key! This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop their HR career.

Although the role will be based in Stockton, you will be supporting a number of sites across the UK and so there will be the need to travel therefore flexibility to do this is a must. As some of the sites are in local communities, you must have your own vehicle and clean driving license.

What you'll need:
* Solid HR experience - Ideally as a HR Advisor for 2+ years.
* Multi-site experience
* CIPD Qualified (L5 or above)
* Ability to work in a fast paced and hands on environment
* Relationship Management Skills
