Within this role you will be providing full generalist support to a team of friendly and quirky business partners and you will be expected to be the first point of contact within a high volume environment. Within this role you will be expected to make development plans, performance planning, case management and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will have over 4 years experience within a similar role, fantastic communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A great knowledge of employment law is needed along with benefits management experience whilst working and analysing people data. Fit within the team is extremely important and a confident outgoing personality with the ability to work autonomously will be perfect!
