HR Advisor (ER) - Romford - up to £32,000
Our client is a prestigious national organisation and a household name. They are now looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in ER, to support them at one of their regional sites in Romford.
Working in a stand alone HR role on site, but part of a large national team, you will focus on support for Managers predominantly on employee relations advice and guidance. In particular this will include supporting the outsourced ER organisation with the implementation of their guidance. This could include support of interpretation of policies, procedure, process as well as advice and guidance on all manner of ER issues.
You'll need to be experienced in this area with a broad knowledge of employment law and some ER experience yourself. The Managers at your site will need to be guided and supported and you need to be a strong chanter to help keep them on track and follow the advice given by the outsourced ER organisation.
The case load is busy and you'll need to be very organised with excellent attention to detail. Ideally you'll have experience already in giving ER advice and guidance and preferably from within a unionised environment. CIPD would be a benefit.
