HR Advisor - Grantham - c£25,000/competitive
Our client is one of the largest organisations of its kind, founded on some fantastic principals and values. They are now looking for an experienced and ideally HR qualified (CIPD) HR Advisor to join their growing HR function.
Based in Grantham but with some ad hoc travel, the HR Advisor will provide support, advice and guidance to staff and managers across the organisation from all over the UK. This will include support on many type of query, especially related to employee relations issues. This could include disciplinaries, grievance, absence, conduct and capability. You'll also support manages in understand policy, procedure and process as well as pay, terms and conditions.
You may also get involved in elements of change management that could include TUPE and organisational design and restructures. You'll already be an experienced HR professional who can demonstrate experience in the above areas. You'll have great communication skills and will also have customer service at the forefront of all you do.
