Role: HR Administrator (6 month fixed term contract with the view of going permanent after 6 months)

I am currently working with a dynamic, flourishing law firm based in the heart of York who is looking to expand their HR team.
The job itself would be perfect for a Business management/HR graduate looking for a starting point in this competitive industry. It would also be well suited for candidates with Administration experience, who can demonstrate an interest in why they are looking to move into a HR role.

If successful you will be providing administrative support to the HR manager and the rest of the HR function. You will be assisting with new starter processes including background checks and setting up new employees on the HR and internal training systems. You will also be required to assist with leaver processes, including producing termination documents, arranging transfer of work, conducting exit interviews and logging feedback. This along with general administrative support and also getting exposure to HR projects supporting the HR Advisors.
