Search is partnering with our global FMCG and retail client to recruit a Part-Time HR Administrator for their head office near Chester.
The business is rapidly growing, has a family feel to it but a large HR department where there will be the possibility to grow and learn. As part of this expansion the organisation is now seeking a Part-Time (3 days) HR Administrator to assist the HR team during what is a busy growth period. As such, you will be responsible for:
* Contract administration
* Pre-employment process
* Organisation of training
* On boarding of employees
* ER case note taking
* First line of HR advice
* Policy amendments
* Support in recruitment activity
* Update the internal HR System

To be successful as Part-Time HR Administrator you will ideally possess:
* CIPD certified
* At least 2 years' experience as an HR Administrator or Co-ordinator or similar
* Some ER casework experience (note taking, exposure to etc…)
