My client is a family run business based in Ashby de la Zouch and they are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Duties include involvement in all aspects of HR administration including maintaining the database, generating correspondence, starter packs, arranging interviews and sending out offer letters. You will also be heavily involved in recruitment compliance, checking and documenting right to work documents, NI and payroll checking.
Other duties include the administration for DBS/financial checks, taking minutes in meeting and disciplinaries, some interviewing responsibilities and liaising with recruitment agencies.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have demonstrable HR administration experience and will have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. You will have your own transport as occasional travel to other areas and sites will be necessary.
You will be able to work under pressure, and have recruitment experience and ideally some employment law knowledge and an interest in the possibility of furthering studies in the area.
