HR Administrator; Temporary - Ongoing; Salary equivalent up to £20,000; Full time; Rochdale

A hugely expanding blue collar firm based just outside of Rochdale are looking for urgent support throughout an extremely busy period of hyper-growth. You will be managing the end to end administrative employee lifecycle and have exposure to ER cases as directed by your HR Manager. This is a very fast paced role with a start date as soon as possible, which has the potential to be extended into a permanent contract.

Reporting into the HR Manager, the successful candidate's core duties and responsibilities will include:

* Providing administrative support on all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle;
* Ownership and management of the onbaording process for new starters across all areas of the business;
* Preparing new contracts of employments and conducting a range of right to work checks and reference check;
* Note take during disciplinary and other formal meetings;
* Keeping employee records updated, process documentation and prepare HR reports as required;
* Ensure policies and procedures are kept updated in line with current legislation and/or business requirements;
* Support with HR projects when required;


* CIPD qualification (or working towards);
* Previous experience of managing high volumes of work in an extremely busy & fast
paced HR environment essential;
* Immediate availability
