HR Administrator - Leamington Spa - £22,000 - 5-6 month Temporary
Our client is a global leader in their space and are experiencing a period of growth. They are now looking for an experienced and CIPD qualified, HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR co-ordinator to join them on an initial 5 month temporary assignment.
As HR Administrator you will support a broad range of day to day HR transactional activities, relating to recruitment, new starters, induction, pay and benefits, appraisal, absence management, discipline, grievance, payroll, benefits, leavers, etc.
You'll be the custodian of the HR system and will input, update and maintain the HR database, personnel files and other information sources/systems to ensure accuracy of data at all times.
You'll also help to participate in HR project work as and when required, including support to other HR team members. This could include providing support to the Global Mobility team, relating to international assignments.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be CIPD qualified with solid employment legislation knowledge and experience. You'll already have experience in a similar HR role and will have no trouble navigating both HR systems and Excel to manage HR data.
You'll need to be organised, methodical and with good attention to detail. You'll need to be able to juggle multiple HR tasks but also have a confident, discreet and diplomatic approach, always with customer service at the forefront of what you do.
