Own transport is required due to location.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm however flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business, including weekend working 8am-12pm on a rota basis.

As HR Administrator you must ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
AS HR Administrator your key duties will involve the accurate and timely processing of:
- Absence reporting and planned absence
- Weekly payroll spreadsheets
- New Starters and Leavers
- Contract Changes
- Data input
- Clock Cards
- Petty Cash and Vending machine cash
- Maternity and Paternity
- Recruitment applications and response
- Meeting and OH appointment bookings
You must be confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and be quick to learn new systems.
This role involves reception cover at times and the day to day dealing with employee queries, so requires someone who is a good communicator and welcoming and friendly in their approach.
