HR Administrator (Part-time)

Skelmersdale

Temporary Role

We have a great temporary opportunity available for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-known distribution company. As HR Administrator, you will act as support to the People Development Manager, handling correspondence, administrative duties and recruitment tasks.

Further Duties Include:

* Assist with all new start requirements such as issuing contracts and offer letters and scheduling inductions
* Carrying out all recruitment duties, including responding to CV's
* Handling emails, telephone calls and relying messages to the appropriate departments
* Performing general administrative responsibilities such as photocopying, scanning, filing and maintaining a well-organized work space

Key Requirements:

* The successful candidate will have previous HR experience, with the familiarity of handling previous recruitment functions
* Past experience operating general administrative duties
* Ability to work timely and effectively within a hands-on environment
* Skilled in Microsoft Programs
