Customer Service

Whether you work within retail/call centre/face to face customer service role and looking to get into an office environment where you can progress and grow within a company or if you have finished a part time C/S role whilst at college now looking for your first permanent opportunity within a great company, this role could be for you.

Working within a successful Customer Service team in Crawley you will be joining a company who looks after their staff and progresses their own staff before looking outside the business. Full training will be given within the office and you will join a number of other new starters so wont be the new person on your own!

The role will see you answering calls from customers helping them to answer queries related to their accounts. Providing the highest level of Customer Service is key to this role ensuring all customers leave with their questions answered.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer calls as they come through to you and answering with clear and concise information
  • Update the systems with customer changes e.g name changes/payments/bank detail changes
  • Liaise with other departments to help gain the information for your customer
  • Transfer calls to IFA's/other teams for the customer to have more in depth calls about their account
  • Book calls in for the customer to speak to IFA's or other teams
  • Complete all paperwork needed

This role is office based, working Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday morning every 4-6 weeks.
