HR Administrator
Four day week - Tuesday to Friday, 9-5
Based in Central Edinburgh
3 month contract, potential for extension
£10.16 hourly + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with a charity based in central Edinburgh to recruit a HR Administrator to assist with holiday cover and recruitment administration over the next few months.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Providing administrative support to the HR team for the recruitment process -advertising roles, processing applications and coordinating interviews.
* Document formatting and contract preparation
* Conducting pre-employment and reference checks
* Accurately recording staff data
* Ad hoc administrative duties as required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Strong IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Clear and polite telephone manner, professional demeanour, and strong customer service skills.
* Prior experience within HR or recruitment administration would greatly beneficial.
