Are you an experienced HR Administrator looking for a new and varied role? Would you enjoy working in a self led and outgoing environment where you can grow your HR Career? This may be the perfect role for you. Based in Ayr this large and growing organisation are looking for an HR Administrator to join the team in this newly made role. This is working normal business hours and the company pride themselves on being great to their staff and offering a friendly work environment.
Within this role you will be working on reception and being the first point of contact for anyone coming into the building. You will also be assisting the HR Manager with daily HR tasks such as: Recruitment and On-Boarding, HR and Payroll administration, reviewing policies and procedures, assist with grievances and inductions of new staff and ensuring all data within the systems are up to date and compliant.You will also be expected to carry out ad hoc administrative duties as asked.
In order to thrive in this role you will have about 1/2 years working within an HR function with fantastic communication skills. You will be an outgoing character who is happy to implement policies and procedures at high level. The perfect candidate will understand confidentiality and happy to interact at all levels within the business. You don't need to have your CIPD but it would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is working towards this goal.
