Hospitality Services Manager - Conference & Events Venue - Horsham Area - Up to 35k
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Services Manager to work within a unique Conference & Events venue that boasts impressive facilities and a busy event calendar. The venue has an impressive restaurant, busy bar and modern conference facilities all set in 40 acres of Sussex countryside.
You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the food and beverage operation which include the restaurant and bar as well as catering for small, medium and large functions.
This job is extremely hands on with a lot of potential for growth, for the right person.
Due to location of the property any applicants MUST have their own transport.
For this job, you will need to have experience in a hotel/events venue environment at Assistant/Deputy manager level. You must be driven, passionate about your career and developing the business with a strong focus on people.
Due to the nature of the business you will be required to work evenings and weekends. In return you will be offered a competitive salary, 25 days paid holiday, onsite parking, free meals on duty, great pension scheme and the site is closed over the Christmas period.
