Search Consultancy is currently seeking a highly experienced Hospital Manager based in the North West Region, to join an established mental health rehabilitation provider to oversee the management of their 12 bedded rehabilitation hospital.
This is a superb opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded mental health providers in the North West. They are renowned for delivering excellent care and operate first class rehab hospitals, in return for your hard work and commitment our client is offering the successful applicant a fantastic starting salary, plus an excellent benefits package.
The role of North West Hospital Manager will be to oversee the management of homes delivering care to females with mental health conditions. Such applicants must have a good background in Mental Health Hospital management and ideally have a NMC pin.

Primary responsibilities of the ops manager job:
Working towards an "outstanding" CQC outcome for all homes
Financial performance - executing a profit-improvement plan
Ensuring staff comply with company policies and procedures
Sales and marketing
Regularly monitor the performance of all staff, giving support to Regional Managers

* The ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience as a manager of a mental health service and hold an active NMC Pin
* You'll need to know your CQC guidelines and Gold Standard Framework for mental health care.
* You must have a clear DBS check, be able to drive and be prepared to stay away from home as required.
