Home Based Travel Customer Service Advisor
Wage: £17,459 rising to £19,423 after passing probation.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. 7.5 hours a day, shifts between 6:00am- 10pm.
Start date: 20th April 2020
Must be within 50 miles of Warrington to be considered.

As a Home Based Travel Customer Service Advisor you will be answering inbound calls from members who want to enquire, amend and cancel their existing travel plans. You will be expected to deliver and exceed all operational targets while providing excellent customer service. You must have a passion for travel as you will be expected to promote opportunities and add value to existing booking through personal travel experiences.
As this is a home based position, the ideal candidate will need to be confident in managing own time/ workload with the drive to keep yourself motivated. You will need a suitable work space with a desk, task chair and access to live land line socket. You will also need a broadband connection that meets minimum connection standards, permission from home owner & to inform the home insurance providers.
In return, the Home Based Travel Customer Service Advisor will be offered; a competitive basic salary that rises after probation period has passed, annual company bonus, minimum of 25 days annual leave, 2 days volunteering leave per year, private health care, company contributed pension and free on-site parking when at the office.
