As a home based Team Manager you would lead and motivate a team of remote working Customer Service Advisors to provide world class customer experience.

Working remotely you will access to the latest technology to communicate, motivate and inspire your team to success!

  • Driving the performance of an experienced team of customer service advisors to ensure targets & KPI's are consistently met
  • Daily management of your team and conducting team meetings via conference / video calls
  • Developing staff through monthly 121's
  • Providing staff with ongoing training and coaching
  • Motivating your team to deliver results
  • Adherence to HR guidelines
  • Using management information to help drive performance

The Candidate!

  • Experience leading teams in a customer focused contact centre environment
  • Be able to motivate yourself to work in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment from home
  • Comfortable communicating with your advisors via video and conference calls
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage your time effectively and work on your own initiative
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
  • Ability to understand and deliver for customers and colleagues
  • Ability manage, motivate and drive performance
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
