I am currently recruiting for an experienced Hire Desk Controller for my market leading industrial hire client based in the central belt.
Duties And Responsibilities
* Being a first point of contact for customers
* Providing quotes and product guidance
* Manage hire desk and transport activities
* Follow compliance within health and safety procedures
* Building a rapport with clients in order to grow business on a local level.
* Dealing with customer complaints and damage
* Maintain constant contact with customers and clients through inbound and outbound calls,
* Ensure all possible opportunities are identified and acted upon
The Successful Candidate would ideally have:
* Experience in Hire Desk Control
* Experience of working in either the engineering or heavy haulage sector
* Great customer service and report building skills
* IT literate with sound systems knowledge, specifically Microsoft packages
