We are recruiting for Hire Desk Controllers! My client is based in Glasgow City Centre and are looking to expand their rapidly growing team. We are looking for candidates who have experience in working in a high volume customer service or sales driven environment.

You will be the go to person for client and colleagues! Acting as the in-between for both parties! With this in mind you will be a driven, well organised, customer focused individual with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment!

What would my duties be?

  • Ensuring all business between clients and the company are carried out in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Daily administration duties including high volume spreadsheets
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues over the phone and email
  • Producing weekly reports from detailed notes taken from customers
  • Raising contracts and discussing with customers
  • Authorising purchase invoices
  • Working within a fast paced environment ensuring deadlines are met

What skills and experience would I need?

  • Experience in a high volume call and contact centre environment with customer service or sales experience
  • Candidates with construction industry experience will excel in this role
  • Strong attention to detail and able to analyse data and produce reports
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a volume environment is vital
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages especially Excel
