We are looking for an experienced Hire and Supply Administrator to join a successful and growing company in the Wirral. As Hire and Supply Administrator you will provide support to the Manager, deal directly with drivers, yard operatives and ensure customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. You will be an ambitious person keen to do well and progress in a growing business.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Ensure paperwork is processed for month end
* Follow company procedure relating to bad debts and credit control
* Manage inbox and reply to all enquiries
* Up sell products
* Raise quotes
* Keep record of quotations
* Book deliveries and liaise with transport team
* Ensure petty cash, stationary and purchase orders are dealt with
* Book stock in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Maintain professional manner at all times
* Answer all telephone enquiries

Person specification:
* Construction background would be advantageous
