The working hours for this position are M-F 07:45-17:00 and it is temporary ongoing with no end date, therefore you must be flexible to apply for this position.
What to expect on a day in the office:
- Answering inbound calls from clients
- Taking messages
- Coordinating of daily workloads for technicians to ensure maximum efficiency and utilisation's of resources
- Maintaining service level agreements and customer satisfaction
- Logging calls
- Updating customer databases
- Updating reports
The ideal candidate will have consistent call and contact centre experience and the ability to work in a very fast paced environment. Candidates who have previously been successful have been pro-active, hard working and excellent customer service skills.
Due to location a full UK driving license and access to own car is preferred.
