Duties of the role will include:
- Taking calls from clients up and down the UK
- Remotely accessing desktops of clients
- Resolving 1st line issues
- Escalating to 2nd line if needed
- Working as part of a team
- Working to agreed SLA's
- Providing excellent customer service
