Search Consultancy are currently looking to recruit a Helpdesk Administrator to be based within our Head Office in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
This role is looking to start ASAP & will be temporary initially but has the potential to become permanent.
The main objective of this role will be to effectively run the helpdesk that is attached to Search's online timesheet function. 70% of the role will be speaking to consultants, clients and candidates and trying to maintain a smooth running function, this could be on the phone or via email so excellent communication skills are essential!
We require candidates who are of a high level of Excel as the remaining 30% of this role will be running timesheet and payroll reports using our inhouse system and Excel so you must be comfortable using formulas.
