Helpdesk Admin £9.50 PH 8 am - 8 pm working 4 on and 4 off On going temporary position

You will be helpdesk admin within a student accommodation. You will be expected to have helpdesk/receptionist experience.
You will be dealing with facilities issues for students, processing hotel, short stay and student bookings via their booking system.

Duties and experience:
* Receptionist & Helpdesk experience is essential
* Work on your on initiative
* Deal with and manage booking that come in via the booking system
* Deal with facility issues and be the first point of contact for students/hotel guests

You will be contacting people for rent and to convert provisional application to confirmed bookings so confidence on the phone is essential.
You will be working alone so must be self motivated and be able to think outside the box.

This is an on going temporary position with no end date put in place. Your working hours will be 8 am until 8 pm with 4 days on and 4 days off.
