You will be required to work full-time 40 hours per week between their office opening hours of 8 am - 6 pm Monday to Friday.

What we're looking for:
You'll need to be a natural listener and communicator, the kind of person who can empathise with a customer and work out what to do next. Strong PC skills and telephone manner are essential as is experience working a customer advisor within Healthcare or in a similar customer advisor role.
