I am currently looking for a head of service to join a superb charity organisation within London working in the remit of Domestic violence and Modern day slavery, close to London Bridge. Due to the nature of this position we can only accept CVs from female candidates. This is a full time permanent position offering a salary of £60,200pa increasing after a year.
Are you exceptional leader who has the ability to make a difference within a fixed time frame through their operational knowledge? If so I want to hear from you!
This really is an exciting position for someone who has manged high preforming teams and projects within budget and delivering them on time. Within this position you will also have to have an understanding of the impact of trauma and the ability to create trauma-informed services.
You will be helping adults and children in crisis across London so travel to other sites is essential; we are looking for candidates that are really going to go the extra mile. If you're keen to make a move to a place where your personal development is a priority then this is where you should be. From day one you will receive comprehensive training to bring you up to speed and will be welcomed and supported by their experienced team.
To be considered for this fantastic Head of Service role you will need to have:
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write professional papers including bids and research papers
* Capability to set and achieve strategic outcomes.
* Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues and ability to address them appropriately.
