We're delighted to be working with an ambitious and fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency in Leeds, that are looking for a new Head of Sales to lead the Leeds and Yorkshire region.

What's the job?

As the Head of Sales you will take complete ownership of the entire sales process, create new business opportunities while developing long lasting business relationships. This role will be working with some of the most exciting and well-known brands in the country in sectors such as retail, and food and drink.

As the Head of Sales you will take full accountability of the new business sales strategy by creating your own business plan. You will execute your plan with full autonomy and will include;

* Generating and covering leads by all communication methods
* Booking and attending client meetings
* Creating new opportunities through your new business sales activity
* Follow the sales process to understand clients needs and offer tailored, bespoke solutions
* Managing campaigns to proactively attract sales prospects across email, social and other channels.

Who are we looking for?

An independent, self-starter from any sales industry who has experience of building new business in a consultative way.

You will have the autonomy to make your own decisions, challenge the status quo and eventually build a team of sales executives.

You will be passionate, driven, tenacious, have a high work ethic and the ability to build relationships with ease. You'll need to be comfortable working with clients across a wide spectrum, and be more than happy to get stuck in with developing new business from the beginning.
