The company employs over 200 employees, a €30 Million turnover organisation with plans to double in size over the next three years. With factories in mainland Europe and a dealer network across UK & Ireland.

Role Purpose

The Head of Sales / Sales Manager UK & Ireland is responsible for selling summerhouses, gazebos, log cabins, garages and verandas to a dealer network across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy, increasing the dealer network, maintaining the existing dealer network and growing market share. They are responsible for managing the dealer network, increasing revenue and report directly to the CEO. They will lead and develop the sales team in Ireland and the UK. There is a requirement to travel across in the UK and Ireland as part of this role.
