A well respected growing business who provide a myriad of services and products into petrol stations, general retailers, convenience and hospitality is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to spearhead their UK field Sales team.
This role will see you developing key markets and growth areas across the UK. The organisation have recently invested heavily in the business and have a watertight strategy for further growth in 2022 and beyond.

They have a strong reputation and healthy market share for payment services but are also vastly experienced in Health and Safety consultancy and training, and Wetstock facility management. Ultimately they help their clients keep their assets safe. They have extremely strong experience and key connections in key areas of industry within petrol stations and forecourts, but are keen to expand and diversify the portfolio into growing serviceable sectors such as convenience, general retail and hospitality. The business has heavily invested in key areas of the organisation in order to double headcount and turnover over the next 2-5 years - as such this is an extremely exciting time for someone to come in and exact change and grow their career.

An ideal candidate is an individual with a stable track record in Sales Management, and is someone who is comfortable in a hunter role where you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and strengthening existing revenue streams. You will be capable of building and leading a team and will be able to inspire others around you to sales excellence in terms of performance and practice.

For the right person my client is flexible on package, depending on depth to experience in the areas outlined above.

Ideal candidates will live in central areas of England with a clean driving licence, but applications from further afield in the UK will be considered.
