Search Consultancy are excited to be in partnership with one of the largest U.K. based offshore high voltage infrastructure specialists to appoint a Head Of Sales.

Our client is a long established offshore engineering business who facilitate the design, installation, maintenance and repair of infrastructure.
Our client is a global business that have a track record of delivering world class infrastructure to meet the ever growing demands of renewable energy.
Having experienced substantial growth in the past years within the U.K. and wider they are looking for a highly driven head of sales. The ideal candidate would support the business in continuing the exponential growth of the company.

We are looking for :

An experienced head of sales, who has a proven track record in the market, leading the expansion of the sales force and expanding the product when a gap in the market is identified.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Defining and carrying out business plans
  • Meeting clients, managing enquires and attending renewable energy events
  • Managing a portfolio of prospective work from the start to the contract being awarded
  • Identifying market opportunities and exploiting them
  • Experience managing a sales team and implementing new sales procedures is a necessity
  • Effectively collaborate with other departments and shareholders
