My client, a long established central London firm, with TOP 200 status is recruiting a senior lawyer to join their property disputes team.

This is a fantastic time to join our Top 200 law firm in the highly regarded team, the team is nationally very well recognised and this client is looking for someone to take the lead in the London office and propel the department even further.

This client is ideally looking for a solicitor ideally with 10+ years' PQE with expertise in all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes work including:

* Dilapidations claims; * Disputes over breaches of covenant including forfeiture/relief applications; * Injunctions; and * Boundary disputes and disputes over easements, breaches of covenant, trespass, nuisance, adverse possession.

You will have significant experience of using alternative dispute resolution procedures including mediation, arbitration, adjudication and expert determination, to resolve clients' matters in a timely, cost effective and efficient way. You will have a passion for sharing your knowledge and experience for the benefit of other's development within the teams and with our "sector" teams.
