Search HR are currently working with a large and complex organisation its next L&D and OD leader. With demonstrable L&D and OD expertise your role will be to define and implement the organisational development and learning strategy plans to ensure they are aligned with the organisations business plans. One of your goals will be to improve organisational performance and colleague engagement coupled with developing the organisational culture.
To be successful in this demanding role you will need to have highly developed specialist knowledge in organisational development, and learning gained within a large complex organisation Essentially you will be seen as a learning champion and have advanced communication skills, be a strong team player and posses strong project management skills. Graduate calibre and ideally CIPD qualified, however not essential.
