Head of HR is sought by our valued recruitment partner to undertake a six month FTC. This assignment will see the post holder assume responsibility for all aspects of HR and advise senior management on all people related matters. You will need current and up to date employment law knowledge and also be an HR metrics driven kind of HR professional. Ideally CIPD Qualified and with a background gained within a commercial matrix or similar kind of business.
