Head of Customer Relations
Location: LS11
Salary: £50k - £60K
Opening hours: 8am - 10pm Monday - Sunday

We are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Relations with a back ground of end to end complaints management for a major brand based in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to be a part of the strategic service delivery plan and to ensure the centre is delivering an exceptional service to their customers.

You must have managed over Team managers and a wider centre of agents. We are looking for resilience & someone that can demonstrate a real passion for customer relations and a strong outsourcing knowledge.

We are looking for someone with previous Customer Relations experience & managed at a senior level.

Must have:

Previous contact centre experience in Customer relations (End to End Complaints management)
Managed at a head of / Senior Level
People focused
Proven track record in leading Customer relations in a contact centre
