Head of Commercial Sales - £50k-£70k + Company Car & Annual Bonus

Based in our offices in Greater Manchester - although with the possibility of homeworking initially due to covid 19.

The Head of Commercial Sales role

This role will be pivotal in the continued growth of our business. You will oversee the sales function of 3 internal sales teams and be responsible for the day to day management of the team managers and their teams, designing and implementing sales initiatives and improving/streamlining processes within the operation to drive results.

Reporting into the Directors you will also have control over our ongoing strategy, ultimately steering the department in the right direction for us to further grow our brand and presence in the market.

The Skills/experience we are looking for the Head of Commercial Sales role

  • Previous experience of managing an internal business to business sales function
  • Proven experience of managing and developing Sales Team Managers
  • Strong IT/systems knowledge
  • Strong problem solving experience
  • Ability to juggle a diverse workload
