Head Chef - Daytime Hours, Monday to Friday

My client is looking for an experienced head chef, or senior sous looking for their first break, to join this fresh food and seasonally focused kitchen.
As head chef you will be working with fresh produce and cooking from scratch on a daily basis, with a menu that changes regularly you will have the opportunity to have menu input and with regular hospitality events every day is different! As head chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen on a day to day basis and a brigade of 8 staff.
