As Head chef you will be responsible for the day to day management of the kitchen, duties including; ensuring all food is prepared and cooked to exceptional company standards, completing all daily HACCP and back office duties, creating specials, training and development of your brigade and liaising with management to ensure food sales are maximised.
You will have the support from senior chefs within the company and area chefs the help take off the pressure if things don't quite go to plan. The company also have an 'open door' so if you have ideas to improve productivity, new menu ideas or any issues at all you can rest assures you wont have to jump through 20 hoops to get things done!
