We are looking to bring in a head chef to head up this stunning 3 Rosette restaurant, set in this 5 star country hotel, in the beautiful country side within easy commuting distance of Edinburgh
The Hotel & 3 rosette restaurant here has built up a fantastic reputation of using some of the finest ingredients available in the UK, and presenting them in a unique way of encompassing both classical & modern dishes, with modern techniques & classical style.
The Ideal chef will be from a minimum 3 rosette setting, ideally within a 5 star hotel, and show longevity in roles, a career driven chef, who may be working as a senior sous chef, and ready to put their own mark on this stunning hotel, this really is a career making kitchen for the right chef.
In return my client if offering the opportunity to work in one of Scotland's finest hotel restaurants, heading up this team of talented chefs, using the latest chefs toys & equipment and offering a salary of £40,000 with an annual achievable bonus scheme of £3,000.
