About this role

As a Guest Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Member Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with members.
Anticipate and fulfil member's needs and preferences.

Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of guest services professionals.
Foster a collaborative and service-oriented work environment.

Service Excellence:
Uphold high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Resolve member concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Communication:
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall member experience.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in a guest services or hospitality management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of training requirements is a plus.
