We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Manager / Reception Manager to manage an entirely new, state of the art, corporate service provision on behalf of our client who are renowned for their 5* standards.

The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience to all visitors and users of the site. You will manage al team of receptionist to ensure a seamless and outstanding service is maintained.

Duties/Responsibilities:
* Managing the guest welcome and hosting across the various reception areas leading from the front
* Working in synergy with all service providers at the location
* Overseeing and supporting the conference services manager
* Training, developing and mentoring a team to ensure all clients expectations are met
* Maintaining an oversight of the account, managing all key stakeholders, conducting regular service reviews

What you will need:
* Proven experience of managing a team of corporate receptionists
* An innovative and creative flair, with an ability to take leadership on a variety of projects
* Commercial awareness, understanding financials, service levels, and KPIs
* A luxury or high end corporate background
