Do you have strong administration skills and are looking for a new role in Leeds city centre?

Do you want to join an expanding fast paced professional services business?

Our client, a busy, vibrant and fast paced company in the heart of the city of Leeds required a confident and competent administrator to join their expanding team.

You will support with all administration including meeting and greeting visitors to the office, handle and distribute post and answer all incoming calls. You will also be responsible for managing the inbox, up keeping the client database and processing supplier orders. Along side this you will provide all ad hoc facilities and administrative duties in order for the office to run smoothly.

You will need an excellent telephone manner, have strong IT skills and have worked in a busy administrative environment.
