We are currently seeking Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Leeds as part of our award-winning training programme. As a part of your job, you will need to create fresh business prospects by making B2B calls and scheduling meetings. Through effective business development, you will earn the trust of your clients and be their go-to resource for finding the most suitable candidates from top job boards and CV databases.

As part of our team, you'll work in our Leeds office alongside over 40 experienced consultants. You'll have a dedicated Talent Development Partner who will provide you with support as you learn and advance quickly. You'll undergo several 8-12 week training programs that include online learning, one-on-one coaching, and regular progress meetings with your line manager.

For your first six months with us, you'll receive a 0% threshold that will allow you to earn commission on all revenue you generate. As you progress in your career at Search, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to 40% of revenue on all your billings. Additionally, we offer a clearly defined promotion pathway from day one!

What will you be doing?
* Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales calls, LinkedIn & Meetings
* Attending client meetings (face-to-face or virtually) to discuss job profiles & SLA's.
* Negotiating fees & rates with clients to ensure you are maximising your commercial output.
* Writing engaging job adverts & using social media to source the best talent.
* Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards & carrying out interviews.
* Managing each stage of the process including interviews & offers.
* Maintaining regular contact with your candidates & clients.
