Within this role you will be doing a variety of tasks including coordinating and attending assessment centres, presentations and recruitment events as well as ensuring all of these events have a first class candidate experience. You will also need to promote the firm though University and College Campus as well as social media in order to attract the best graduate candidates. Within this role you will also manage the full on boarding process as well as organising the induction days and information booklets for the candidates to maintain a seamless experience from recruitment to starting their new role.
In order to be considered for this role you will have experience within recruitment/graduate recruitment and looking for a new opportunity. You will have first class administration and coordinating skills as well as fantastic communication skills to build relationships throughout the business. You will be a confident self starter who enjoys working within a fast paced environment managing your own workload.
