We are looking for exceptional people to join our Property Collections team in Manchester City Centre! We will teach you everything you need to know and support you to become the best Property Collections Administrator you can be!

Your day to day responsibilities as a Collections Agent will include:

* Send out chase emails to leaseholders who are late on service charge payments
* Acting as a first point of contact for the our valued customers
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* General administration duties

For the position of Collections Advisor we are looking for the following experience:

* Ideally graduates, admin backgrounds, retail backgrounds, customer service, Collections or credit control backgrounds.
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer service
* A polite and professional telephone manor
