The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Graduate, to provide support across the whole of the Finance team. The successful candidate for the role must be able to work full time in our Leeds office.

The Role

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Accounts reconciliation duties including debt collection/ invoice creation/ query resolutions
• Account processing duties including processing of purchase invoices/ statement reconciliations/ query resolutions
• Recording, matching and coding supplier invoices correctly - in accordance with the general ledger and cost centre structure
• Posting and allocating of cash and performing the monthly bank reconciliation
• Assisting with external and internal audit processes
• Provide support and assistance to the wider finance department as and when required

Skills/Experience

• Educated to degree level, in a subject relevant to the role
• A proactive individual willing to take ownership of tasks assigned
• Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a team
• A methodical worker with strong attention to detail
• Ability to use initiative and work to tight reporting deadlines
• IT literate and competent user of MS Excel
