Customer Service Representative

Location: Work from Home

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Pay: £11 per hour

Start Date: 4th July 2022

We are looking for individuals with a passion for Customer Service to join our client in Edinburgh, however this role will be fully remote.

You will be required to work in a busy team dealing mainly with pension enquiries and responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to customers.

What can you expect?

As part of your day-to-day responsibilities you will be communicating with customers through a combination of inbound/outbound phone calls and through email channels; ensuring all aspects of a customer's pension enquiry are resolved.

For the time being you'll be working from home, equipment will be provided and sent to your address. Training period is fully remote additionally.

What you need to have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide the correct solution
  • High level of interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate across the internal and external customer group
  • Skilled in listening and responding to a customer's needs verbally and through the written word
  • Defuse and respond to customer complaints ensuring follow up actions are completed and recorded

What will make you stand out:

  • Previous or current experience working in a call centre environment
  • An understanding of how UK Pension Schemes work

MUST be able to pass a criminal record check and credit check.
