As a help desk advisor you will be taking inbound call from customers that need help with products so it's quite technical. You may also be replying to emails so there's some variety. You'll be given all the training that you need on the products in question so you will be a true specialist in the eyes of the people you come into contact with.
What we are looking for
You'll have a passion for customer service and be confident over the phone; fluent in both Dutch and English.
Although training is provided, you'll need to be quite tech savvy and have an understanding of how mobile devices work. If you have previously worked in a help desk role then great, but it isn't essential.
You'll work 8 hour shifts between 7.30am and 7.00pm Monday to Sunday and we are looking for people to start at the beginning of February.
