We are recruiting for a Part-time Gatehouse Operator/Administrator for our client based in Harlow, Essex. Hours of work would be 12 hours per week between the hours of 6am - 6pm (worked over one or two days).

You would be the first point of contact in our client's gatehouse to greet visitors to the site, ensuring a warm welcome whilst maintaining site procedures for access. Duties would include but will not be limited to:-

- Checking in vehicles coming onto site
- Controlling and checking contractor entrance vs register
- Checking validity of contractor inductions
- Perform contractor inductions
- Check and sign off documents
- Answer external incoming telephone calls
- Communicate on internal radio system

Knowledge of MS Office is also required for this role as it will be developed to include administration tasks such as sending information via email, updating trackers, recording information onto spreadsheets, using SAP for goods receipting, raising purchase requisitions etc (experience in SAP would also be beneficial however not essential).

Experience in reception/admin would be preferred for this role.

You must be Quality & Service orientated, possess first class organisational skills and have a friendly and positive outlook together with excellent communication skills including face to face contact, written and via the telephone. Additional skills include attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
