Search are delighted to be partnering with Heathrow LHR Airport to recruit for their customer service team within the terminals.

You will be a key part to offering great customer service to passengers by heloing them to and from the plane from various terminals

Summary of the role:

Working as a member of the Assistance Team, you will be responsible for delivering customer service excellence to every passenger requiring support (PRS), passengers with Hidden disabilities or those requiring assistance due to mobility restrictions. You will provide assistance to passengers requiring support from the aircraft seat through the terminal building and to their onward travel and from the terminal building to the aircraft seat. You will utilise company equipment as supplied and trained to fulfil this role.

Full training will be given.

This is a permanent opportunity following a successful probationary period served via Search Consultancy.

Naturally, working in such an environment requires completing both work history and reference checks as well as completing a basic DBS check.

Experience is not required but you need to have 5 years referencable work history and be capable of maintaining high standard and providing a good level of service to the public.

Again a DBS check is required for any applicants.

SHIFTS, 5 day on 3 off:
Early from 4.30am, lates from 1.00pm, Mids from 8am
Approx 40hrs a week

PAY RATE: £11.39 per hour
